Mini yoga retreat

These retreats are a great way to nurture your body and soul.
Sometimes a half , sometimes a full day, we spend time doing yoga ( mostly around a particular theme I.e self care, working with the energy of the moon), meditating, resting and sound bathing, plus sharing delicious warm drinks, a healthy and yummy lunch and sweet and often, depending on the season, also a freshly made organic juice. It’s a place to come where you can just be yourself to return home refreshed and batteries recharged.
